Hi, I’m Morgan, the founder and principal consultant of Rooted Safety. As a law enforcement spouse, my commitment to safety is deeply personal. I understand the weight of ensuring every team member returns home safely, and I’ve seen how vital training and policy are for families. This perspective drives my human-centered, practical approach to workplace safety.
I hold an MS in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University, focusing on safety leadership and psychological safety. Additionally, I am a Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) through the BCSP. My decade and a half of expertise spans manufacturing, oil and gas, and specialized safety consulting.
To me, psychological safety is the foundation of a healthy culture—it’s about creating an environment where employees feel safe to highlight hazards or suggest improvements without hesitation.
